“When plunder becomes a way of life for a group of men in a society, over the course of time they create for themselves a legal system that authorizes it and a moral code that glorifies it.”

In Chapter 3 of the book of Deuteronomy in the Bible Moses is the author telling us about his leadership role and his capture and defeat of many lands with God’s protection, but the one I wanted to point out in this episode is the area of Bashan.
During this chapter Moses talks about how God had delivered the land of Bashan over to the Israelites and that they ended up taking sixty cities involving all of the region of Argob, the kingdom of Og in Bashan.
The chapter goes on to say that the cities were fortified with high walls, gates, and bars. Moses makes clear that Israel utterly destroyed them, but that they took all the livestock and the spoil of the cities were taken as booty, or what would otherwise be known as plunder to divide among the people.
Now there’s another interesting fact regarding the land of Bashan. I mentioned that the Israelites ended up taking over all of the region of Argob, which was the kingdom of Og.
In case you didn’t know this Og was a giant and according to this chapter all the region of Argob, with all Bashan, was called the land of the giants. It said that Og king of Bashan remained as the remnant of the giants and that his bedstead was an iron bedstead nine cubits in its length and four cubits in its width, according to the standard cubit.
Now just to give you some perspective on what the length of a cubit is, it involves the measurement from the length from your elbow to the tip of your middle finger. Given this metric the length of a cubit could vary between 18 and 20 inches in length.
Since this is the case then Og could have been somewhere between nine and thirteen feet tall. Now if you question this something else you should consider is that modern day Bashan is located in northern Syria and even today there are literally hundreds of huge man made stone structures known as Dolmens located in the Golan Heights (Bashan) and these huge stone megalithic structures can weigh between 100 and 300 tons.
This is an interesting modern day observation of what seems to be the remnants of Og and his kingdom, but as fascinating as that is the even more fascinating discussion here in my view is the fact that Israel, under God’s protection and guidance, was able to conquer and plunder Bashan despite the fact that it was ran by giants.
Now that term plunder (also known as booty) is quite an interesting term because it’s historically been associated with what the victor would keep for themselves after a kinetic war with an enemy.
This is something that is made clear here in Deuteronomy as Moses explains Israel’s journey across all of the lands they had to conquer during that time in human history.
Granted, during that time many of the lands that Israel conquered were engaging in a lot of evil activity that was displeasing to God so the goal as I see it was that God was using Israel to build a nation while, at the same time, empowering his people to destroy and even plunder those perpetrators of evil and those who were adversarial to his purpose and will.
Granted, war is a difficult and horrible reality, but there have been times in history where war was both a necessary and just cause. Given this reality the fact is there’s also a lot more human history to examine when war wasn’t a just cause, but rather served more as an opportunity for plunder for some to satisfy their need for power at the expense of others.
Old Habits Die Hard
Plunder seems to be a human habit that traditionally hasn’t been for too many just causes, but regardless it is a habit that just doesn’t want to go away.
Under the guidance of God I would give Israel a pass due to the motivations and actions of their enemies as to the reason for Israel's plunder of their inimical foes. Granted I’m by no means disregarding the severity of God’s wrath, but I'm simply saying that in my own personal belief I completely trust his reasons pertaining to his enemies. I can particularly try to empathize with the historical significance of this regarding the formation of his nation in the early days of civilization in addition to the Grace he’s given me in my own life, but I digress.
Regardless, the point here is that plunder is most often a result of most every nation in human history that has subscribed to what is known as the conquest ethic.
Now whether you’ve heard that term conquest ethic, or not you can probably figure out the meaning here based on the context of this discussion. For the sake of discussion and if you need a little help this basically means that traditionally if you happened to be a king, or dictator you would grow your empire by conquering rival kingdoms and nations in order to absorb their people and resources for the benefit of your own land.
Once again this is the traditional practice involved in the act of plunder as we’ve understood it throughout history. The premise is rather simple as you just aim to take out a rival opponent in order to acquire their resources and this has mostly been done by kingdoms and nations that operate more like empires such as Rome in an attempt to spread their influence, power, and reach across the globe.
In addition to the act of plunder, the thirst for power has also been a trait that civilizations have supported with much of their domestic ruling classes and many of their ruling leaders over time.
After all, history seems to demonstrate that many kingdoms and nations have been consistent in supporting some of the most horrific power hungry leaders of all time.
A few quick examples of these deranged individuals that were allowed to grasp the reigns of power in their respective lands were Ivan the Terrible, Caligula, Mao Zedong, Joseph Stalin, and Adolf Hitler just to name a few.
Obviously throughout most of history these old habits revolving around this theme of acquiring power by plunder is an old habit of human nature that just won’t die. The old saying that old habits die hard is very true to form, particularly when looking at the stories of the past regarding history’s worst leaders.
Granted, I would say that the only nation in existence that wasn’t built on the conquest ethic is the United States. I could also make a strong argument for Israel as well, but they did plunder the plunderers and took the fight to destroy truly evil civilizations that existed at that time and had committed horrible atrocities for well over four centuries. The bottom line is that in the Old Testament of Deutoronomy God’s decision to destroy and plunder these lands wasn’t a rash decision, but one that was based on a will to establish his code of morality in a fallen world.
So why did I go to the trouble to cover the historical significance of the act of plunder?
Well typically when looking at history we think of plunder in the context as I’ve described it here regarding one kingdom, or nation invading another in order to take their resources to strengthen their position in the world.
However, in the context of the modern world when looking at the here and now this old habit certainly hasn’t died, but it has taken on a new form.
Reverse Plunder
On August 19, 2024 the Oversight, Judiciary, and Ways and Means Committee produced a 291 page report from their impeachment inquiry that exposed some massive corruption in their findings which involved the Biden family members receiving over $27 million from foreign individuals and entities. The even more disturbing fact about these findings is that a significant chunk of this money was coming through several shell companies that the Bidens had set up to funnel money through from China. Now given the current geo-political landscape with the CCP’s provocative behavior towards Taiwan, the Philippines, and their friendly partnership with Iran, as tensions are rising in the middle east, this discovery is quite alarming.
In fact, several lifelong politicians who have worked in D.C. have accumulated a staggering amount of wealth over the course of their careers in politics, yet the country has gotten poorer. This is not a hyperbolic statement in the least and I’ll prove it.
For starters, the United States of America has been firmly established as being the wealthiest country in world history and has held the title of having the biggest GDP for well over a century. Regardless of these facts, the reality is that its credit rating has been downgraded twice for the first time in its history in the past 13 years.
So let me put that into perspective as that’s a pretty staggering event to highlight given the timeline. One more time, the country has been the leading GDP of the world for well over a century, yet given the country’s 248 year existence the only two credit downgrades occurred as recently as the last 13 years. Think about that statement. Obviously someone really screwed up the finances of the country.
Guess who was running the country during both of these downgrades. In case you didn’t know the first downgrade occurred with Standard and Poors on August 5, 2011 under Barack Hussein Obama. The second downgrade occurred on August 1, 2023 with Joe Biden at the helm. Both downgrades were a result of poor fiscal policy, too much spending, and low growth outlook as the rating systems gazed into the country’s economic future and obviously lost confidence in the decisions being made by the leadership. In addition to the country getting two downgrades we are currently experiencing 40 year record high inflation due to the massive government spending coming off this second credit downgrade in addition to the Federal Reserve having printed more money than ever before.
If you look at the Federal Debt Clock we have surpassed the $35 trillion mark and are well on our way to $36 trillion. In fact, the Fed’s current rate of spending has now reached a pace where we are literally going a trillion dollars in debt every one hundred days.
So why is this happening?
The explanation is simple as the Fed continues to print more money because the government continues to spend more of it. Because of this very act the more this happens the less ownership you will have concerning your money. That’s a scary fact.
Aside from the American citizens literally getting crushed every month with the mounting inflation, a slowing economy, and the massive spike in crime, the massive invasion of illegals is also another issue where the current regime in the White House is working to directly destroy the sovereignty of its own United States citizens.
The fear associated with the process of how this would be done has often been referred to as the Great Replacement Theory. However this is no longer a theory, but rather a plan that is fully in action right now in front of us in real time.
This theory has often been labeled by Marxists as being a far right white nationalist extremist theory that involves the process of black and brown immigrants engaging in the reverse-colonization of white Europeans, or when referencing the United States you can substitute white American citizens.
However, this is once again another example of how the Marxists want to try and inject identity politics into every tragedy as skin color and race literally have nothing to do with the Great Replacement. What it does have to do with is the literal replacement of what you would consider to be the indigenous citizens of a respective country by non-citizens with the government of the citizens helping the non-citizens to do this to their own citizens. Take a pause and allow that to sink in for a moment.
In other words, they are actively replacing U.S. citizens with an entirely new population of illegals coming in from other countries.
There’s no conspiracy theory involved in this because the Democrat politicians that are in control want new voters to keep them in power. This is the reality and it’s happening at such a rate that these illegals are literally overrunning some of most major metropolitan cities such as New York and Chicago.
So why am I hammering away and going on and on about the corruption of the Democratic party and the U.S. government literally being at war with its own citizenry?
The reason I laid out all of these facts is because they all represent the same thing that I’ve been talking about in regards to the theme of this entire episode.
That theme would be that the lifetime politicians in Washington D.C., the Bidens, and the D.C. political establishment at large have all been engaging in the act of plunder. That’s right, they’re engaging in plunder.
Now after having said that you might be wondering how that’s possible given the traditional definition of plunder that I laid out at the beginning of this episode. After all, I haven’t mentioned anywhere in this episode where the United States is trying to invade another country right now in order to take their people and resources, right?
Well, that would be almost right. In other words, the United States is organizing an invasion on itself by helping outsiders to come in and invade it.
Now that’s a crazy statement, but it’s not as crazy as the fact that it’s a statement of reality.
After all, Venezuelan gangs have taken over the Aspen Grove, Whispering Pines, and The Edge at Lowry apartment complexes in Aurora, Colorado. In fact, The Denver Gazette reports “The property manager for all three Aurora Multi-Family Projects was notified of the takeover and one of our clients’ housekeepers informed the property manager not to return to the Aurora Multi-Family Projects due to the danger to his well-being,” the attorney for CBZ Management wrote.
In addition to this example of plunder another example of plunder was just reported recently on September 4, 2024 where Democrat Governor of New York Kathy Hochul’s aide and deputy Chief of staff Linda Sun was caught violating and conspiring to violate the Foreign Agents Registrations Act.
CNN reported that Sun acted as “an undisclosed agent of the Chinese government while her husband, Hu, facilitated the transfer of millions of dollars in kickbacks for personal gain,” prosecutors stated in a news release.
What makes this corruption such an example of plunder is the fact that Governor Hochul has literally been at work full time trying to lock up President Trump rather than addressing the crystal clear corruption that resides right inside her own office. In fact, as Revolver News reported that at the DNC Hochul bragged about her own state weaponizing the legal system in order to try and destroy President Trump while blatantly interfering with a national election.
Yet, when these acts of plunder are literally being done right up in the face of the American people there are still voters that will somehow jump through all kinds of mental gymnastics as to why Trump is the bad guy. In my view this can simply be summed up as emotional stupidity.
So you’re probably thinking Brandon, why would the United States be engaging in an invasion on itself? This is because the politicians and big businesses are engaging in the process of reverse plunder.
In other words, they’re selling out the country to our enemies (as in the Biden payoff example combined with this Governor Hochul example I just listed here) and enriching themselves in the process. This is precisely why you’re seeing the country in decline because it doesn’t have anything to do with an external enemy overwhelming us with an invasion that they’re orchestrating on their own in order to plunder us.
Instead the invasion is being orchestrated by the domestic communists that are running our government and these domestic communists are selling the resources and access for our country’s destruction in exchange for personal financial gain.
This is not complicated as the evidence clearly demonstrates this along with why it keeps happening because American citizens have habitually continued to select horrible leaders to be placed into positions of power to run the country further and further into the ground.
I’ve already made this obvious point with the country having elected two Democrat presidents that caused the only two credit downgrades the country has ever seen. In addition to this they both happened in the past 13 years and of the two presidents that caused both downgrades the one that sits in the White House now was the sitting Vice President of the other guy that got us the first downgrade in history. Think about the absurdity of this.
The one good decision the American people made that broke this cycle was the election of Donald Trump in 2016. When Donald J. Trump was elected this was the first time in many decades since Ronald Reagan when the cycle of selecting bad leaders was broken.
The following story of the two hunters reminded me of the ongoing cycle of human history demonstrating the repeated behavior of making bad decisions that lead to painful outcomes.
The story goes…
One day a couple of adventurous hunters decided to rent a small plane in order to fly them out to a distant forest region that was also known to be made up of difficult and treacherous terrain.
The pilot dropped off the hunters and returned a couple weeks later to fly the men back to civilization. However, upon his arrival he noticed something that concerned him after observing the men’s trophies.
Looking at the men’s game the pilot turned to the hunters and said, “The plane won’t be able to carry more than one buffalo. You’ll have to leave one of them behind.”
The two hunters protested the pilot’s suggestion saying, “Last year’s pilot agreed to take onboard two buffalos the same size as these.”
After this rebuttal from the two hunters the pilot paused to think about it for a few seconds and said, “Ok. If it worked last year, it should work this time too.”
As the pilot took off trying to gain altitude with the two buffalo and the two hunters onboard the plane struggled and wasn’t able to reach enough altitude to get out of the forest and as a result the plane crashed into the side of the nearest hill.
Fortunately nobody was killed from this crash, but as the men were able to free themselves of the wreckage they all looked around and one hunter asked, “Where do you think we are?”
His friend surveyed the land for a moment and started to explain some of the surroundings near their crash site.
After his examination the friend replied, “I think we’re only about a couple of miles south of where we crashed last year.”
To me this is a solid example of how the political cycles have looked with everyone the American people have selected to run for president since Ronald Reagan with the one huge exception being Donald Trump.
Plundering The Plunderers
“Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world.”

This quote from the philosopher Archimedes reminds me of the act of performing a heavy lift, but more importantly how one should go about attempting the heavy lift in order to make it successful.
You see the problem with our society at the moment is the reality that we have allowed Marxists, communists, midwits, and imbeciles to take control over and weaponize our government against us…the U.S. citizens.
We are actively being faced with the realization of these people carrying out the process of reverse plunder on us every single day and this process of reverse plunder is building momentum every single day.
Now given this reality I want to be clear about something because in much of this episode I’ve been critical of the Democrats within our political system, but now I want to focus my ire towards the Republican establishment that have been in power and not done much to step in the way of these Democrats in order to stop them, or force them to correct course to get the country back on track.
As we sit here right now the Republican controlled House has been more helpful towards the corrupt Biden/Harris regime and as a result has assisted them in destroying the country with endless wars, the destruction of our currency, and not done a single thing to fix the border invasion.
Why does this always seem to happen?
It happens because of the reason that the great Steve Bannon has pointed out for quite some time which is the fact that the Republican establishment, or RINOs, are controlled opposition for the Democrat party. You see they’re in on waging this war of reverse plunder onto the American public as well.
You might be thinking Brandon, the Republicans have the control of the House, but they don’t control the Senate so what power do they have?
You’d be correct with your assessment in that, however the House of Representatives has the control of the purse and how money is spent. You’ll often hear them refer to the House Appropriations Committee whenever another giant spending bill is about to hit the floor for a vote. The House Appropriations Committee is basically a fancy word for the guys that handle where the money goes.
Speaker Mike Johnson is currently third in line from the president as Speaker of the House and he has always had the power of the purse in order to shut down the border, to grind everything to a halt, and force the Democrats into fixing these problems that plague us with the massive spending and the border invasion because he controls the money. Despite all of this it hasn’t happened.
Now before you tell me that he’s unable to make a difference then explain to me how Nancy Pelosi was able to get everything done that she wanted to get done when she was the Speaker of the House.
I mean Pelosi managed to impeach President Trump twice (although wrongfully) yet somehow I’m supposed to believe that Mike Johnson holds the same position, but he’s somehow magically stumbled across some sort of special Speaker of the House kryptonite that prevents him from doing what needs to be done to serve the best interest of the Republic?
For anyone who believes that, I'll borrow a line from the country singer George Strait and just say that I’ve got some ocean front property in Arizona to sell you.
The reality is that these establishment career D.C. politicians have all recognized that D.C. is the city where grifters can engage in the grifting of all grifts.
These people only respond to three things. They respond to immense pressure from their constituents, being voted out, and the prospect of losing money.
They’re allowed to grift because many of them take money from Super PACs which get large donations from large corporations.
As you may imagine many large corporations like to support RINOs where many MAGA Republicans only take donations directly from their constituents in the form of individual donations. A couple of examples of MAGA Republicans that do this are Marjorie Taylor Greene and Matt Gaetz.
Getting behind these types of politicians that raise their money through direct individual donations is one way you can plunder the plunderers.
In addition to this the other way to do this is to support the Patriot Parallel Economy. Granted this is going to be a heavy lift, but the more we all support alternative media, America First businesses, etc. the more we lengthen that lever in order to execute this heavy lift…just as Archimedes has taught us.
The Wrap Up
The bottom line is that, like Israel, we are currently faced with the prospect of having to take down our own modern day version of Og in the form of putting a stop to this reverse plunder.
The remedy for this is for each of us as individuals to realize how much power we have in the form of our own knowledge, actions, and judgements. This is what it means to be a Zenith, particularly during chaotic times such as this.
Sure we need to get behind Donald Trump, but we also need to recognize that this goes way beyond just simply showing up on election month to vote. Voting is a must, but we need to ALL be engaged in something extra between now and then whether it means donating money to the right people, financially supporting America First businesses in the Patriot economy, being force multipliers by spreading messages from America First platforms, or simply talking with people daily about the issues that are facing us and getting those people to the polls.
In order to make this heavy lift a success you can look at the corruption and reverse plunder occurring from D.C. as the heavy object that needs to be moved away. Subsequently you can equate your growth as a Zenith along with your actions as lengthening the lever of Archimedes. You can view the foundation of the Republic as being the fulcrum in this exercise and most importantly you can equate Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans that we put into office as being the force that drives that lever down in order to move that heavy object away once and for all.
