“Exposure to true information does not matter anymore.
A person who is demoralized is unable to assess true information.
The facts tell nothing to him.
Even if I shower him with information, with authentic proof, with documents, with pictures.
Even if I take him by force to the Soviet Union, and show him a concentration camp,
he will refuse to believe it, until he is going to receive a kick in his fat bottom.
When the military boot crushes his balls, then he will understand, but not before that.
That is the tragedy of the situation of demoralization.”
― Yuri Bezmenov
When I began writing this article I had a certain message that I was going to communicate to you just as I always do when beginning the process of any other article.
However, as I got about 25-30% into this article I got caught up seeing reports online where Charlie Kirk was shot at one of his events in Utah. Of course, this was shocking and it took a few minutes for me to absorb what I was seeing and reading online before I started to dive in and investigate the matter even further.
By now we know that we’ve lost one of the greatest voices in the populist movement that the world has ever known. This is obviously a tragedy and we all should be offering our prayers to his family, the people who were present at the event, and the nation at large at this very moment.
Now with that in mind I have always been one to do my best to shift my focus off of the past when dealing with a difficult situation and to immediately transition my focus towards the present and the future. The reason I try to do this is because the past is already done and with keeping that realization in mind I understand that I cannot change the past.
Please don’t get me wrong, I acknowledge it and I don’t forget it. I’ll honor and never forget Charlie Kirk as I’m sure you won’t either. However, by shifting my focus to the present, while looking ahead to the future, this is an arena where I can focus on effecting some change. The present is here and now and the future has yet to come so this provides us with an area where our actions can be used for some positive and meaningful impact.
This is why I decided to slightly shift the direction of today’s message in order to start the process of effecting some of that change that I’m referring to here. As a lifelong fitness and strength coach I’m in the business of working to try and effect some change with people. Because of this I have a lesson here that I think I can extrapolate on concerning the expansion, growth, and power of the MAGA movement in a way that we can ensure that we do our part in honoring Charlie Kirk’s legacy.
I want to communicate this by talking about how to spot symptoms of a particularly serious problem in the immediate part of your world. If you think about it, what do we define as a symptom?
A symptom can be defined as a mental or physical feature which is looked at as an indicator of a certain type which points to a condition of a disease. I believe the keyword there in that definition is the word indicator.
Now keeping that in mind, think of a normal scenario of when you might be feeling sick and end up taking a trip to the doctor. As you sit to meet with the physician the first thing they do is ask you what’s been going on. As you proceed to tell them the problems that you’ve been experiencing you will communicate to the doctor some of the symptoms that you’ve been feeling such as a runny nose, a sore throat, a cough, a physical rash, etc.
All of these things that you communicate to the physician are known as symptoms and those symptoms often serve to be an indicator as to the condition of the possible illness that you’re potentially dealing with at the moment.
Now just like a physician can look at physical symptoms to drill down on diagnosing a physical problem, a psychologist can perform certain physical exams and observe behaviors that people exhibit in order to drill down on diagnosing mental problems.
Now understanding all of this there may be a situation that may require the help of a physician or psychologist in order for us to figure out a specific problem from time to time. However, anyone with a little bit of common sense may not always be able to figure out a specific condition on their own, but in reality most of us don’t need a doctor to simply understand and grasp the reality that something is off with our health.
The Indicators
Keeping this in mind, I’ve recently been noticing an interesting trend on social media involving the behavior of adults that’s very concerning to see because it’s so prevalent. Oddly enough this trend consists of various online sports pages sharing videos of different sporting events where grown adults are getting caught on camera displaying truly vile and selfish behavior.
The first example of this that I saw involved the incident of the Polish business executive Piotr Szczerek where he snatched a hat away from a young boy that was autographed by Polish tennis player Kamil Majchrzak in the U.S. Open. The tennis player had intended the signature for the boy and Szczerek quickly grabbed it out of Majchrzak’s hand when he turned away to address another fan.
When this video was captured by television it spread like wildfire on social media and the incident stirred tremendous public outrage that resulted in Piotr Szczerek getting blasted on social media. In what initially appeared as a stunning display of defiance, as reported by Fortune, Szczerek seemed to double down on his behavior addressing the Polish job forum GoWork which seemed to only add even more fuel to the fiery backlash.
In this address he stated the following:
“The recent incident at the tennis match has caused a disproportionate online uproar. It’s all about the famous hat, of course. Yes, I took it. Yes, I did it quickly. But as I’ve always said, life is first come, first served.”
He continued and even doubled down by threatening his critics with legal action:
“I understand that some people might not like it, but please, let’s not make a global scandal out of the hat. It’s just a hat. If you were faster, you would have it. I remind you that insulting a public figure is subject to legal liability. All offensive comments, slander, and insinuations will be analyzed for the possibility of taking the matter to court.”
It was the first come, first served comment that really threw rocket fuel onto the fiery backlash. This caused the criticism to transition from him and over to his business which resulted in a Google-bomb of bad ratings with over 600 bad reviews getting published within hours of the video incident going viral.
It seemed that ONLY after Szczerek’s business got hammered that he then decided to offer an apology. He also denied that some of the earlier statements like the first come, first served comment came from him as he said they were fabricated.
As if the example here with the incident at the U.S. Open wasn’t bad enough, it was just a short time later that I saw another disgustingly selfish situation with a video online involving a young man at a New York Mets game.
During this incident there was a young man fighting an elderly man over a baseball. The older gentleman clearly had a shot at grabbing the ball in the stands only for the younger guy to snatch the ball out of his hands and then flex on the old guy afterwards in front of the TV cameras.
This was just a total act of selfishness and the younger man basically looked like a spoiled petulant child. Just like the situation with Szczerek this individual demonstrated absolutely zero empathy, or self-awareness, in his behavior towards the elderly man that he clearly had a physical edge over in the video.
The third incident that I’m going to mention may already be one that you’re familiar with involving the Phillies Karen that took the ball away from the young boy and his father at the Philadelphia Phillies baseball game.
In this incident there was a home run that was hit by Harrison Bader into the stands. Once the ball lands you can see a guy run over from a different section and successfully get his hands on the ball.
After the guy successfully takes possession of the ball he immediately walks back to his section to hand the ball to his son. As soon as he does this a woman walks over from the section where he had successfully been able to get the ball. Right after this in the video you can see her grab the father’s arm to get his attention to argue and to somehow berate him for having taken the ball.
Right after he had given his son the baseball this Phillies Karen does this and to just avoid the conflict, and to de-escalate the tensions, the father simply took the ball away from his son and handed it back over to the Phillies Karen.
In my opinion this is where the father made the mistake as I believe he should’ve stuck up for his son and told the lady to go pound sand. I say this because in my view the father’s lack of fight has been what has been indicative of our society as a whole when dealing with these selfish people who lack the self-awareness of their actions. Therefore, it’s up to us to MAKE them aware of their actions.
So this woman is the perfect picture of a miserable self-absorbed individual who completely lacks self-awareness. You know it’s funny how that word keeps popping up here in this article.
So what is self-awareness?
Self-awareness essentially involves the conscious knowledge of one’s own feelings, character, and personality.
Now after establishing that definition it’s obvious that Szczerek, the young Mets fan, and the Phillies Karen all three demonstrate a significant LACK of self-awareness.
So you may be thinking, What’s the point here?
The point is that this sort of behavioral trait is a very serious problem and it seems to be a lot more prevalent throughout society. In my view these individuals are giving us a snapshot, or a glimpse, into a serious problem that’s plaguing our society in the current times that we are living in.
This level of self-awareness, or intentional selfish behavior, with these people is in my view a symptom, or an indicator that points to a larger problem throughout our nation.
Now if we look at the tragic event from this past week regarding the assassination of Charlie Kirk there’s been two very distinct reactions that can easily be seen on social media. I’m going to go ahead and give you fair warning that one of the reactions that I’m going to address here will probably raise your blood pressure.
The first type of public reaction that I want to touch on is the reaction that you would expect if you’re a normal individual that loves God and country and this would be the public reaction involving sadness, anger, and support for the victim Charlie Kirk and his family.
However, there’s a second reaction that I want to address here as well that we absolutely must bring our attention to. The second series of reactions that I saw right after the shooting was from many evil people online celebrating the murder of Charlie Kirk.
This was a pure display of evil and is very reminiscent of the Jacobin Revolution in my opinion. Given the fact that there were demonstrations from Antifa in Oregon this past week where they brought out literal guillotines, this is about recognizing this societal plague for what it is. This is not surprising.
However, aside from the evil public displays of leftist communist scumbags celebrating Charlie Kirk’s assassination, the other observation I made here is that these people clearly lack self-awareness, otherwise they wouldn’t be openly celebrating their evil with the public by sharing their reactions to social media.
These public displays of people exhibiting a range of concerning behavioral flaws are all indicators of mental people with serious problems. This isn’t hyperbole, it’s a fact.
This is exactly why each of these scenarios I presented here in this article demonstrate a common thread from these disturbing people. This is the case whether they’re demonstrating a high level of selfishness or a lack of self-awareness from taking sports memorabilia away from young kids and the elderly, to publicly celebrating the assassination and murder of one of the most decent human beings that has ever walked the face of the planet.
The Wrap Up
The point I’m making here is that we have arrived at the moment where MAGA is even starting to make a lot of sense to a lot of people who were not MAGA for quite a long time.
The entire point of looking to Make America Great Again is by engaging the voting populace in order to get the citizenry active in the issues that our nation desperately needs to address. This is exactly what Charlie Kirk died doing and now it’s yours and my turn to pick up that baton and keep moving forward with a relentless speed and fervor in order to eradicate Cultural Marxism from our nation’s zeitgeist once and for all.
I believe it was the day after Charlie Kirk’s death where I watched a video that he had previously done along with Steve Bannon just before Steve was sent to prison.
In this roundtable discussion Charlie was addressing how the Marxists were leaning on lawfare in an attempt to destroy their political opposition, but Charlie made the comment that the MAGA coalition was not going to be destroyed because it is what he referred to as being Antifragile.
He then went further to talk about Nassim Nicholas Taleb’s book which is titled Antifragile: Things That Gain From Disorder.
In reference to the book Charlie then went on to explain how there are essentially three types of political movements.
To give some context Charlie used the Republican Party as an example to illustrate the point he was looking to make to the audience.
The first of these types of movements Charlie spoke about was the Fragile movement. To clarify what this type of movement looked like Charlie said that the Fragile movement was basically the Paul Ryan Republican Party. The failure and weakness of leadership with that movement speaks for itself.
The second of these types of movements, according to Charlie, is what is known as the Durable movement. This movement was basically the Republican Party just before Donald Trump came along. This was in line more with the Tea Party movement where there was some effective action, it was self-organizing, and had some staying power, but simply lacked the tip of the spear with a strong leader.
The third of these types of movements is what is known as Antifragility. This movement is exactly what the MAGA movement is right now.
The Antifragility movement is unique because this movement is the type of movement that actually benefits and gains significant strength in the face of stress and disorder. In the face of attack the property of this type of system, or movement, is that it actually benefits from the attacks that are levied against it.
In the face of stressors this system actually builds more strength rather than just simply withstanding those stressors (resiliency) or collapsing underneath the weight of them (fragility). The Antifragility movement consists of unique people and organizations that actually become stronger from attacks.
As Charlie explained this he made the point about President Trump himself. Have you ever noticed how President Trump looks even younger now after years of relentless attacks, lawfare, and direct attempts on his life? Charlie brought this up during the roundtable discussion as he explained how MAGA is Antifragile which is why we must lean into the action of maintaining a relentless offense against the enemy.
Now given the tragic events of this week it is now imperative that we engage the enemy in full force every second of every single day.
As an Antifragile movement we can only maintain this status by continuing to get smarter, more creative, and by engaging directly with more action to destroy the corruption that allows the domestic communist left to exist within our country.
To do this as individual citizens we must optimize our civic acumen and learn to look for the indicators of mentally unstable, emotionally unstable, and ideological rot that these dangerous people within our society exhibit due to their lack of self-awareness.
We must lead an exposure campaign against every single one of these people that advocate for violence. We also need to make sure that their employers know who they are, along with making sure potential future employers know who they are, and what they support.
You may read that and think, Brandon, I don’t see why we have to go that far.
Really?
Respectfully if that’s your position then I am as shocked about that as I am about Charlie Kirk being assassinated in cold blood in front of the world. If that is your response then for now I’ll just chalk that up to you failing to thoroughly think this all the way through.
Please allow me to elaborate. Consider all of these people on social media celebrating the assassination of Charlie Kirk and advocating for MORE violence.
Now imagine these people being employed as high level administrators, doctors, nurses, anesthesiologists, dental hygienists, etc. By the way many of them CURRENTLY ARE in these positions.
Now imagine either finding yourself, or one of your family members, "under the care" of these people in various circumstances.
Are you willing to trust these people with your medical care? Are you willing to trust them to care for one of your loved ones? Are you willing to trust these people with your finances? Are you willing to trust these people with access to your medical history?
The bottom line is that I could keep going on all day long with these examples, but if both you and myself want to remain Antifragile then we need to live like it every single day of our lives by taking action when we see the symptoms of our societal sickness.
Regardless of what you thought about Charlie Kirk he was as good and decent as any individual can be.
13 Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends.
–John 15:13
