I had a lot of time to absorb and allow this to marinate. I haven't written any articles for 4 years until now, but I was waiting on a good timing to write to make an impact.
When I experienced everything I outlined here (and more) I couldn't ignore the urge anymore. I am committed to this.

This is excellent and exactly what my wife and I who own a small strength studio, have witness. Frankly it’s disheartening to say the least.
