Encroachment and The Reclamation of Ownership

Preface

“A man can receive nothing unless it has been given to him from heaven.” 

–John 3:27 NKJV

When a huddle breaks from a team gathering in the game of football it’s because the quarterback has called the play for the offense to take their shot at executing their next play against the opposing team’s defense. Once the huddle is broken the offensive team approaches the line of scrimmage to get into position to run the play as the line of scrimmage serves to be the mark and location of where the football has been advanced on the field of play up to that point in the game by the offense. 

The line of scrimmage serves as a line of demarcation that separates the offensive team from the defensive team. This line of scrimmage is stationary just before the play is initiated where the offensive team will make an attempt to encroach into the defensive team’s territory across the line of scrimmage in order to advance the football further by gaining even more territory. Now the offense can only gain more territory if they’re successful in advancing the football beyond the current line of scrimmage.  

Of course the ultimate goal here for the offense is to successfully encroach far enough into the defensive team’s territory that they eventually reach the defensive team’s endzone successfully leading to the scoring of a touchdown. 

Yes, it’s football season, but why did I start out talking about the purpose of the offensive side of the football in this example? 

The truth is this was a perfect analogy that I wanted to set up for today’s article. The real lesson regarding the football analogy here is centered around the purpose of encroachment. 

I will come back to the football analogy in a bit, but for the time being I want to shift gears with you and take a look at examining the concept of ownership. 

The Significance of Ownership

The World Economic Forum (WEF) famously said that by 2030 that You will own nothing and be happy. Meanwhile the former spokesman and Bond villain of the WEF Klaus Schwab and his cronies will own everything and probably still won’t be happy, but that’s a discussion for another day. 

The point here is the fact that there’s a global organization out there in the world that wants to put forth such a prediction that you will own nothing by the year 2030, as they work towards bringing that prediction to pass through reverse plunder, is a real observation of evil. 

Now why do I say that? 

The reason I say that the WEF is a real evil is because they’re constantly working with leaders and other organizations across the globe to purposely erode the sovereignty of the citizens in every country. They are the modern day tyrants. 

After all, the mission and purpose of the WEF is in their name because they call themselves the World Economic Forum. They don’t believe in nation states, but rather view the world as one huge marketplace that they want to control and make the rules for to establish global governance. 

Now when they say You will own nothing and be happy, what exactly does that mean? 

Well to answer this you have to first understand the concept of encroachment. With the football analogy I used involving the offensive side of the football, running plays in order to encroach on the defensive team’s territory is exactly what I’m talking about in regards to the WEF and their attempts at running plays in order to erode yours and my ability to own assets. 

So Brandon, how do they do that? 

For starters, let’s look at the concept of ownership as it currently stands in society. To preface the following this part should go without saying because anything that any man owns on this earth really isn’t his anyway because it all belongs to God. I just want to be clear about that to start. 

However, in terms of this physical world and the things we define as assets such as property, investments, land, money etc. are all things that are subject to taxation. The tax is the tether that keeps these assets truly out of yours and my hands. In reality you and I are only renting most assets as we always owe taxes on those assets as long as we live. 

Now if you don’t believe me let’s take a look at your property taxes. Up until 1818 no state required that the provision of land be taxed in a uniform amount. However in 1818 the state of Illinois adopted the first uniformity clause. 

From here other states would follow suit with taxes on the land including a provision that it be taxed based on its estimated value (ad valorem). (Source: Economic History Association) Once again using the football analogy this can be seen as a significant gain in yards with the government succeeding on their efforts to encroach in our territory to steal and control our wealth with the passage of this property tax being a big play that yielded them some significant gains in their efforts to control the masses. 

In short, if your property can be taxed there’s no escape from the control of the taxer, or the amount of taxes that eventually come due. If you don’t believe me, simply refuse to pay your property taxes and observe what happens next. 

In addition to this there were two other major institutional encroaching moments in history both occurring all the way back in 1913. These would involve the ratification of the income tax with the 16th Amendment on February 3, 1913 along with the passage of the Federal Reserve Act on December 23, 1913 by Woodrow Wilson. In the words of the great Steve Bannon There are no conspiracies, but there are no coincidences. You can rest assured that the two of these being passed in the same year was no accident. 

So with both the passage of the Federal Reserve and the Income Tax the government was successful in running another big play to further encroach on yours and my territory and sovereignty. With this play they were able to seize control of yours and my money by directly being able to tax our income along with being able to literally possess and control the actual value of our dollars through the federal reserve banking system. 

Oh yeah, that’s another big reveal that might have gotten by you in that last sentence. I said that through the banking system that the government was able to seize control of the value of our dollars through the federal reserve banking system. 

So how does that work? 

First of all, when they literally have the power to print money they devalue your dollars. The more dollars that exist in circulation means there are too many dollars chasing too few goods which drives up the cost of everything. 

Therefore, even if you leave your dollars sitting in a checking or savings account, those dollars are losing value everyday. In short, you’re losing money even if you’re not spending it. Think about that. By the way there’s a word for this and you’ve heard it a lot lately and it’s called inflation. 

In addition to this there’s another important detail about the banking system that you probably didn’t realize either. 

“It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.”

So what is the great Henry Ford talking about here in his famous quote? I can speculate given what I know about how the banking system works. 

Keep in mind that laws may vary state by state, but when you make a deposit of funds at your bank at the moment of that deposit your funds then become the property of that bank. Therefore, as a depositor, you in essence become a creditor to that bank that holds your money. Once the bank accepts your money deposit it agrees to refund that same amount upon demand, or any part thereof, from you as the acting creditor. 

Because of this relationship many banking institutions have a long-established common law practice known as “right of setoff.” Under the right of setoff if the borrower is indebted to the bank then the bank may simply deduct funds from the borrower’s checking, or savings account in order to satisfy the matured debt of the borrower. 

To use a concrete example involving circumstances of when this is done let’s say that you have a checking account and a line of credit with the same bank. If you default under the line of credit the bank can simply deduct funds from your checking account without any advanced notice to you-to satisfy the balance due under the line of credit with your account. In short, the bank has a right to “setoff” the debt by using the funds from your other account(s). (Source: Smith Gambrell Russell)

Once again this was another major encroachment into yours and my territory with us on the defense being driven backwards towards our goal line. They’re getting closer and closer to being able to spike the football once and for all to win the game on destroying our sovereignty.  

Another play that was run by the WEF includes much of the fallout from the pandemic four years ago. Since the pandemic the WEF has been relentless in working to erode yours and my medical sovereignty by working to get pandemic treaties passed on a variety of issues. They want to control what goes in yours and my body without our say and they’re working with big pharmaceutical companies and world leaders in order to make it happen. 

We don’t have to go too far back into the past to be reminded of everything that went on with the global pandemic that really did nothing more than wage a war on the citizenry of every country while also resulting in the largest transfer of wealth in world history to the biggest corporations and hedge funds such as Amazon and BlackRock.

So when looking at the reality that the government can now tax your land, property, home, and literally control the value of your money they have been wildly successful with encroaching on our territory and driving us backwards in this game of sovereignty. Not only have they done all of this, but they are still taxing the income on the money you earn from your labor.

Basically, they have established a successful execution of a gameplan where they have encroached on our territory to the point that they are sitting at the goal line with only having to successfully run a couple of more plays before they win the entire game. 

Now I’m not telling you this to discourage you and I certainly am not going to all the trouble to write and podcast about these issues only to supply you with a dose of the black pill. No, in fact I’m doing the opposite. 

I used this football analogy for good reason because in football the defense is tasked with the job of protecting its endzone, but the reality is that the defense can take possession of the football and go on offense in the blink of an eye. 

The Wrap Up

In fact, growing up there used to be a saying in the game of football that stated, Offense wins games, but Defense wins Championships.  

With this in mind the defense can take back possession of the ball by sacking the quarterback and causing a fumble, intercepting a pass, stripping away the football, or by simply stopping the offensive team from advancing on fourth down. 

In short, the way this starts to turn around is putting an end to the encroachment that the offensive team (Globalists & CCP) have been successful in obtaining now for many years. 

Now is the time to put the Globalist and CCP on defense by making sure we do our part by not getting emotional about it and stepping up our efforts involving our civic acumen. They have successfully encroached on most of our territory, but like any great goal line defense this is where we tighten up and smother their offense with relentless pressure. 

With the Army of the Awakened we must be active every single day now with getting people out to the polls to vote for Donald Trump. 

I want to be clear about the current political landscape. The traditional political landscape has been completely realigned.

This isn't anything like the old days of Republicans vs Democrats and Conservatives vs Liberals type of political environment. Those are old monikers and no longer apply to the current world we live in.

What we have now are Global Communists vs All the rest of us that just want our sovereignty. That's the new reality.

Among the Democrat and Republican parties we're now dealing with the fact that 100% of the Democrat party are Communists with about 95% of the Republican party being Communists.

The 5% of the Republican party that are NOT communists consist of the MAGA America First faction of the party which is absolutely hated by the remaining 95% of the establishment Republicans.

So how do we stop the encroachment once and for all? We will start the process of transforming this with this upcoming election which is why it's absolutely vital we elect Donald J Trump.

Understand that Trump by himself is not the “sole” solution, BUT he is absolutely an “instrument” to be used to lay down the political framework that is needed for us to purge the entire system of the communists that have infiltrated it.

This is how we start the process of reclaiming ownership of our sovereignty, reclaiming ownership of our property, reclaiming ownership of our money, and most importantly reclaiming ownership of our liberty.
