I have been thinking about the Stockholm syndrome and how Patty Hearst went from a non-political heiress to Tanya the bank robber representing the SLA. Another far left organization in the 70's. The deep state has been at this for quite a while.

Yes, the far left's organizations basically operate like domestic terrorists by using fear and intimidation through lawfare and public harassment to achieve their ends.

It's remarkable that our society has tolerated it for as long as we have.

Additionally, they also use mass propaganda to accomplish ideological subversion to recruit brainwashed minions to help them carry out their wishes.

Btw that's an interesting story with Patty Hearst too. I vaguely remembered that, but just went and did some quick reading to get refreshed on that story.

Thank you for sharing that and for taking the time to offer your feedback.

It's a very strange phenomen.

I'm no psychologist, but if I had to guess I think it might occur with those people who have a difficult time dealing with reality.

Therefore they convince themselves that their captors are their friends in an effort to minimize the level of trauma that might be associated with a dangerous situation.

If you think about it we see this all the time with the left just like with the large numbers of them that complied with the absurd mandates during the pandemic.

They have a hard time dealing with reality so they had to convince themselves that Fauci was their brilliant and trustworthy friend to get them through the difficult situation.

Meanwhile the rest of us are seeing him the way the rest of the world saw those bank robbers in Stockholm... which was simply a corrupt authoritarian with a gun.

In Fauci's case that gun was the federal government instead of the Russian rifle that the bank robber used.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and please don't be a stranger.

If you read the books on human trafficking, they fight on average, the first 40 rapes, but give up and go along to save their lives.

This is from wiki...

According to Hearst's testimony at her 1976 trial, she was held for a week in a closet, blindfolded and with her hands tied. During this time, SLA founder Cinque (Donald DeFreeze) repeatedly threatened her with death.[10] She was allowed to leave the closet for meals, still blindfolded, and began to participate in the group's political discussions. She was given a flashlight for reading and SLA political tracts to memorize. Hearst was confined in the closet for weeks. She said, "DeFreeze told me that the war council had decided or was thinking about killing me or me staying with them, and that I better start thinking about that as a possibility. ... I accommodated my thoughts to coincide with theirs."

It seems like a survival mechanism, but you'd think that once the daylight of freedom breaks through that she would return to her normal belief centered state of mind.

Trauma changes you. Or at least it can. It would be interesting to know how she is now. She was married and had children. So to your point, it sounds like she did return to her previous state of mind. Also, men and women are wired differently. Testosterone makes men stronger and more able to defend themselves. Psychologically stronger too, generally speaking.

Yes, it would be interesting to know how she's doing.

Trauma is an unfortunate life reality. Our country has experienced a lot of trauma and we need a lot of healing, but healing comes from a source of strength.

For me personally I am doing my best to lean on my savior Jesus as much as possible.

I believe we are making great progress in trying to get to the healing stage in our country, but before that we must go through wars.

Economic wars.

Political wars.

Physical wars.

Spiritual wars.

Definitely good vs evil. We must pray for Peace and Divine intervention. Pray without ceasing was the command.

I retired from a major corporation that in my last few years invested heavily in outsourcing its labor to overseas "slave labor" countries. While they had become a near monopoly in their prime business model by using their economic power to hold down wages, the offshoring of manufacturing to China, India, Mexico, and Eastern European countries was masked as building products where their customers were.

It made sense to many of their U.S. employees, but I was aghast. For we manufactured a minority of goods directly to consumers, rather we manufactured a key component to a larger manufacturing base, who in turn sold to customers, at the time largely in the U.S. Our customers were already offshoring their manufacturing. So, we were actually offshoring our labor to the countries where our customers had offshored their labor. Our products were still being imported back to the U.S.

What we U.S. employees were missing was that our employer was contributing to the hollowing out of the ultimate U.S. consumer base. How would they afford the product that was composed of the major cost component of the basically luxury product? Our employer was undermining the end users of our product. And in doing so, we were propping up the countries that were supplying the slave labor that was replacing our fellow employees.

On top of that idiocy, they were losing some of the labor cost savings to bribes to those countries to whom they were offshoring their labor force. Doing business with totalitarian despots always makes you a part of their despotism.

Wow, thank you for sharing your very detailed experience on this matter.

I'm a CCP hawk and it's my desire that we crater the CCP and engage in a full economic decoupling from them.

I believe the President is working on that as we speak, but we need to continue to dial up the information warfare to perpetuate the economic warfare in order to build momentum on the process.

Thank you again Jesse.

Great points Brandon! It’s been going on for so long now we see it as normal. Time to knock the too-big-to-fail companies out, but a lot of minds need to get lit up to make it happen.

Hey James, thank you for sharing your feedback.

Yes, you're thinking is the same as mine. I like how you pointed out how "a lot of minds need to get lit up" in order for us to take the actions to make this happen.

I believe the place to start lighting up those minds starts right here on this platform with us making a LOT OF NOISE.

Thanks again for taking the time to chime in.
